Age: To attend this event you must be 21 years of age or older. If asked by any event personnel, you must present your valid State ID. For all alcohol purchases, you must have your State ID present.
Photography: You understand that photography, both professional and amateur, will occur throughout the event space. These photos may be published publicly. They may be used in presentation of any and all kind whatsoever. You agree to release all event participants and hosts from any and all claims regarding photos or videos of your person or property which are taken during or around the event. The prior statement notwithstanding, if Forever Loyal or its parent company should published a photograph of you or your property which you would prefer not be displayed publicly, you may submit a request using the general contact form on this website. So long as our organization has the authority to do so, your reasonable request will be accepted.
Event Space: The event will be hosted at The Otten on Main in Kansas City (2018 Main St. KCMO). All event participants are expected to treat the historic building with respect. Vandalism or purposeful damage to the property, furnishings, decor, facilities, and/or safety features is unacceptable. In the event that you cause any such damage, you agree to be personally liable for the full cost to repair, restore, or replace any and all areas damaged by you.
Patron Privacy: The rules provided for Photography above notwithstanding, guests of the event are expected to treat each other with respect. Photographs and Videos of fellow guests or performers which are taken for the purpose of causing insult or public injury are strictly forbidden. In the event that you violate this rule, you will be asked to permanently delete the photo or video and any duplicates across all public mediums. Refusal to delete media in violation of this policy is unacceptable and will entitle the victim to just compensation for any pain and suffering caused.
Patron Behavior: Guests are expected to treat each other and the hosts and event employees and vendors with the respect. Physical violence of any kind will not be tolerated and will be prosecuted to the fullest extent possible. Aggressive shouting, verbal threats, and other conduct generally considered inappropriate for a public event will not be tolerated. At minimum, violators of this policy will be asked to leave.
Forbidden Items: No guns, knives, weapons, pepper spray, projectiles of any kind, or any other item that could be used to inflict harm including any replicas of any type of weapon. No drugs, drug paraphernalia, or illegal substances of any kind. No outside food or drinks, including cans, bottles, and coolers. A personal water bottle is acceptable. No personal video cameras, go-pros, selfie sticks, drones, or laser pointers. Smartphone cameras are acceptable but should not be abused and must be put away if requested by event personnel. No professional audio or video recording equipment, including detachable lenses, tripods, zooms, or commercial use rigs. No unsealed liquids or gels of any kind. No jewelry or clothing that could inflict harm.
Security: The event will have security personnel present. Guests are expected to abide by any reasonable request made of them by said personnel. Security personnel have the authority to ask anyone to leave the event space.
Severability: Should any paragraph or statement herein be unenforceable it shall be changed to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable or else be severed from this agreement and the remaining terms shall constitute the full terms of this agreement.
Enforcement, Jurisdiction, & Applicable Law: You agree that the terms herein or attached are enforceable against you. The laws of Missouri and the U.S. shall apply to its enforcement. Any court in the State of Missouri may exercise jurisdiction over any controversy arising from the enforcement of these terms.
